Olga started to work in the casting industry in 2015 in Ukraine, working on local and international projects around Europe. She launched a Casting Industry Association, the International Forum of Casting Directors, and a Casting Platform 'Dreamcast' in Ukraine. In 2022 she moved to the UK where she is now based and is a member of CDG in GB. Her last feature film "Pamfir" was premiered in Cannes during Director's Fortnight 2022 and was nominated for European Academy Award.
